Returns & refunds

Eligible returns

Unused and unopened items in their original packaging may be requested for return within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene and product safety, opened hair, wigs, lashes, cosmetics, skin care, and other personal care items generally cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review any issue and honor rights required by applicable law.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Tell us promptly and provide a photo when possible. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution after review. Do not send an item back until we provide return instructions. Approved refunds go to the original payment method where available; provider processing times vary. Original delivery or shipping fees may be nonrefundable unless we made an error or the law requires otherwise.

Texas orders can proceed to a payment provider after submission. Spry confirms stock and fulfillment after payment. If an item is unavailable, we will offer a substitution or refund. Contact us promptly to cancel an unpaid request.
